run or efflorescence that can ruin the look of the clay brick, unless cleaned properly. Here's an example of Bielski cleaning new construction brick to expose that
natural beauty. Water repellant can then be applied to enhance the long term resistance to
weather related stains and efflorescence. |

| Concrete masonry is currently
manufactured in a variety of colors, textures and finishes which demand a
gentle final cleaning process. Sand blasting which was historically the
preferred method is no longer an option, due to its destructive nature. CMU which is
erected during inclement weather will
require unique consideration. |
