The Broadway Hollywood building built in 1927 is located at the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street in Hollywood.

Bielski was awarded the restoration contract to complete the following tasks.

	Chemically remove all paint from multi colored raked brick facade at 2 front elevations, accumulate all waste effluent, transport effluent to a local recycle treatment facility.
	Chemical Cleaning of the glazed terra cotta and multi colored raked brick facade at 2 front elevations Hollywood boulevard & Vine street by the most gentle means possible.
	Sealant removal & replacement using a silicone based sealant at all copper to terra cotta, wet seal window glazing to steel window frame, copper to copper at panels.
	Loose and flakey lead based paint removal at cast in place exterior rear elevation walls followed by re application of an elastomeric water proofing coating.
	Loose and flakey lead based paint removal at interior and exterior window frames followed by full re priming and re painting of interior and exterior window mullion surfaces.
