313 N. Figueroa St., Los Angeles. Los Angeles Department of Health suffered
from smoke and fire damage, including rust stains which came from iron based
sun screens applied over the east, south, west elevations. Bielski cleaned
the exterior of the pre-cast panels, including the removal and replacement
of vertical wall sealant.
