Bielski performed all restoration cleaning on the underside of the Mosai cantilever pads, comprised of heavy exposed aggregate finish which accumulated atmospheric dirt staining.

Bielski, utilizing a 2 part chemical cleaning process, restored the appearance while collecting all waste water, which was contained by erecting dykes and utilizing transfer pumps to transport the water to a central location to facilitate filtering and disposal.
