New construction brick buildings are usually quite encrusted with cement and mortar smears covering the masonry facade. This is an unavoidable byproduct of the brick layer's job. Brick layer's needn't worry about a few smears. Their focus is on brick alignment, joints being even, and swift construction to stay on schedule. 

After the building is completed to a point where there is no possibility of further staining, a final clean up job is in order to bring out the full beauty of the brick facade.  That's where Bielski can help, we're specialists at this stage of the project.
