    Old Towne Pasadena located at Fair oaks and Colorado boulevard, encompasses one entire city block. Included in this project is the original Pasadena City hall, which had been painted with multiple layers of lead and calcimine based paint.
    Bielski performed all exterior restoration services on this project, consisting of lead based paint abatement from all brick, granite and terra-Cotta surfaces. Following paint removal a restoration and neutralizer rinse was performed on all surfaces to return the facades to their original appearance.

This above is the before picture of the original Pasadena City Hall.  The red area is the section we have restored to the original appearance.

Above is the same Pasadena building after Bielski completed the job. Beautiful once again.
