Bielski performed the restoration on the exterior of the Santa Fe Lofts project located at 6th and Main, in Los Angeles. Built in 1907 by UCLA benefactor W. G. Kerckhoff, Santa Fe lofts housed their most famous tenant being the Santa Fe Railroad.

Bielski performed all loose and flakey lead based abatement at all exterior elevations, encompassing cast in place concrete at the rear elevations, galvanized sheet metal crown overhang at front elevations and all exterior window frames including fire escapes. Repainting was performed on surfaces that were abated of loose and flakey paint. Bielski performed chemical restoration cleaning of the terra-cotta and granite facade by the most gentle cleaning process possible. Following the successful cleaning process, Bielski applied to cleaned and properly prepared window frame to terra-cotta joints a Silicone based weather proofing sealant.
