Bielski successfully cleaned this facade which has approximately 60,000 square feet and consists of a soft clay brick and multiple colored glazed terra-cotta adornments. Additionally Bielski performed restoration cleaning to the clay shingle roof. This building was a mess when Bielski first arrived. Over
80yrs of rain and shady environment were perfect conditions for mold and mildew
to accumulate. Vandals also sprayed graffiti at multiple locations.
