60,000 square feet and consists of a soft clay brick and multiple colored glazed terra-cotta adornments
Bielski successfully cleaned this facade which has approximately 60,000 square feet and consists of a soft clay brick and multiple colored glazed terra-cotta adornments. Additionally Bielski performed restoration cleaning to the clay shingle roof.
This building was a mess when Bielski first arrived. Over 80yrs of rain and shady environment were perfect conditions for mold and mildew to accumulate. Vandals also sprayed graffiti at multiple locations.
Bielski's skilled crew brought this historic building back to almost new condition, cleaned of mildew and free of all traces of graffiti. This job demanded patience and extensive labor to assure the color of the bricks were not harmed while the mold was 100% abated.
